With a career spanning over 16 years in university education and the private sector, Aïda Béji Kallel is the founder and manager of Insight Consulting and Training. She is an expert competitive strategy advisor and virtual marketplace consultant certified by the International Trade Center in Geneva. Using her expertise, she has supported several companies across different fields and sectors – particularly in agro-food, ICT, and crafts – with their export strategies. Moreover, she has been trained in leadership, marketing and sales, and project management by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Aida started her career at the Institute of Advanced Business Studies HEC Carthage where she received a master's degree in finance and a postgraduate diploma in mathematical economics and econometrics. She was rapporteur at the World Congress of Women Entrepreneurs, which focused on social economy and solidarity. Since then, she has been a strong supporter of businesswomen and has been a member of the CNFCE for 10 years.

Aida helped found the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs and managed projects for organizations that support and promote women leadership and entrepreneurship such as Afaemme – the federation of Mediterranean businesswomen association, and vital voices – a global network that supports women leaders.
