Samia DHIAB, entrepreneur, manager and creative director since 1987. She successfully climbed the ladder and was able, thanks to her determination and perseverance, to engrave her name and the names of her brands in the pastry sector on a national and international scale.

This atypical pastry chef has become, in a few years, a key figure in the community. Graduated in Economics and Management at the University Campus of Tunis, she quickly found her way. In 1987, she created her first company specializing in the production of Sfaxian sweets, thirteen years later, her company became the number 1 supplier of the largest sweet and fine pastry shops in Tunisia with more than 175 employees.

In 2008, she successfully launched her brand "SAMIA DHIAB" followed by a second company called "ALMAZ" created in 2010, the latter is partially positioned in the export and launch of new creations. Samia Dhiab participated, accompanied by her collaborators, in several national and international fairs and exhibitions (Algeria, Morocco, France, Italy, Turkey, Middle East, etc.) and to this day has also continued to diversify the range of products according to new products and trends, such as the launch of the dietetic range based on natural and organic ingredients, which has been very successful.
